I selected seizures on the health checklist, and when I arrived I was told they cannot groom because of seizures. Doesn’t say on website that this was a possibility. My dog has been getting groomed for 10 years and never had an issue. Explained Id take responsibility, still no. Ridiculous, maybe let people know in advance. Waste of time
- NKNicole KeyesJun 30, 20251.0I usually am very satisfied with the grooming my dog gets, but the groomer who did my elderly dogs nails,teeth and ears was very nasty and impatient. I very nicely informed her that my dog has arthritis and could someone please be there to help support him when getting his nails trimmed and she looked at me like I was being unreasonable. She also asked my husband and I lo leave the area because my dog knew we were there. When we were leaving I lightheartedly asked if she had noticed that one of his nail when we brought him in was really long and she snapped at me and said “ I don’t know! I got them all!” I wasn’t accusing her of missing one. She also acted like working with my 10 yr old arthritic dog was exhausting. He is a very good boy and just needs a little support when standing on 3 legs (which he didn’t get, all the other girl did was just stand there and pet him) maybe I should try and find someone who works better with senior dogs. By the time we got home my poor guy couldn’t even get out of the vehicle. We have always been so satisfied with the male groomer.
