So I decided to do it this way. As you can see in the photos, I did not mail them back. The smell was awful. My dog had to eat regular food instead of the RX. I’m very disappointed that no one has contacted me back. I spent $120 a month maybe more on this RX for my dog. I would expect a credit would not be an issue. I am also a vital Care premier member. I said I don’t live close to here so I drove all the way here and I wanted to see if I could get in that day. They were rude and said that it would have to be three days from now the next appointment. Then why are the always sitting around when I go in there. Two people don’t need to be sitting down in there it’s not a two person job to be looking at the computer. I do not recommend at all and the owner should know this is how there groomers act.
