This Banfield is horrible. The front desk staff are all disrespectful and snarky. Just today they said an unnecessary, negative comment about my pet, and I wasn’t even there with my pet.
The doctors are fine, but the rest of the staff is… more to be desired.
If you’re able, go to another location. It’ll save you a headache.

If I could rate them a 0, I would.
My dog received medication for a yeast infection in his ear. This infection stemmed from a past vet just simply looking in his ear, deeming him healthy and sending him on his way. Since that experience I told the vet, the nurse that helped us AND the front desk staff that for his 2 week follow up I would pay out of pocket for another ear swab test as I did not want to go through the first experience yet again. They stated they would add a note to the appointment.
They called to confirm that appointment and I confirmed and reminded them its for a repeat ear swab test. They stated they had that down, perfect. I ended up having to re-schedule that visit and when I made the new appointment I, yet again, reminded them its for an ear swab test. They stated that would be fine and reminded me I would have to pay out of pocket, great, will do. They call me to confirm this new appointment and I confirm and tell them that my father will be bringing my dog as im stuck at work but that I would still like the ear swab test done, they took my farhers information and stated thats fine.
This morning, (Day of the appointment), they call me and state the doctor has had a medical emergency and so the appointment needs to be more 2 hours earlier, I tell them that's okay and remind them that its for an ear swab test. Yet again, they verbalized understanding. My father gets to the office with my dog, they take my dog to the back and then come back to my father and tell him they "looked" in his ears and didnt see any issues. My father asks, "What about the yeast?" And they tell him that thats a test he has to pay for but looking at the ears, he doesnt need it and they are good to go. My father, taking the word of the vet and trusting they did what they needed to do, as I had instructed them to do multiple times, takes my dog home and calls to let me know what transpired.
I called the vet office asking why specific instructions, I, the owner, had left had been clearly disregarded and my father's time wasted when I had spoken to someone just 2-3 hours before and instructed them exactly what this appointment was for. Nurse rudely stated, "Well I looked in his ears and didnt see a problem. Your father should have stated he wanted the test but you can bring him back if you want."
.... it would have taken less than a second to look at ANY kind of notes to see the reason this patient came in. It is IRRESPONSIBLE and flat out RUDE to ignore the owners wishes on their pets care simply because you're too lazy to look at the notes from the last visit, notes from the re-scheduled appointment, or even just the notes of the current appointment. Had my father been asked, "Would you like to still do the ear swab test?" He would have said yes, or called me, the owner for final answer. He wasn't even given the chance. Unfortunately, this not the first instance of unprofessional and disrespectful staff but it is the one that made them lose a customer.
I do NOT recommend this location to anyone who has a pet they care about or to someone who expects good customer service from the professionals in charge of your fur babies care. We will be driving the extra 6 miles to the next location in hopes to find even a speck of better customer service.

Staff was very kind and helpful. We dropped our dog off around noon to get his paw checked out and they were able to get to him the same day.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
