- HSHeather SeldatOct 7, 20241.0My dog was muzzled because they said she “appeared anxious” I explained my dog had been to the vet multiple times and never needed muzzled. She has never bit. She was showing no signs of aggression. They insisted on the muzzle and said it was policy. She became extremely anxious as soon as the muzzle was placed. Staff appeared like they have little to no experience with dogs if they aren’t even willing to approach a dog without a muzzle. Had they never muzzled her in the first place the visit would have been quick and painless. I’ve never had my dog treated as horribly as they did. Will definitely never be back and will make sure to tell everyone how they treat animals.

Happy with the Vet techs, prices, and services but found myself incredibly uncomfortable because the employee who greeted me and handled my animal's intake was so dirty I could smell them. I can't stress enough how nauseating it was. I ended up requesting less services than I originally wanted because,frankly, I just wanted to get away from her smell and I didn't want her touching my puppy. I was polite but so uncomfortable. Please... if a worker shows up looking and smelling like they haven't showered in weeks, send them home. It is not fair to your other employees and customers. Definitely not good for business. I haven't decided if I will go back or not. Still feeling mighty grossed out.
