- MWMichelle WhaleyJan 14, 20261.0I took my turtle in to be checked and they give me an antibiotic and don’t even show me how to give it to my turtle as this is not a dog or cat so I will never go back to this place for any of my animal needs as they should have give him a shot since it was a bacterial infection as I stated when made the appointment so I was very disappointed in my service.

I didn’t get any notice about that. So they could not see them for their scheduled appt. I asked if one could wait in the car, they said are you going to have the air conditioner on, it’s 67° outside. My cats travel in the car with no issues. They wanted me to buy a carrier and didn’t have any of the box carriers, which is surprising for a vet’s office. I didn’t want to buy a carrier because we have one at home. I’ll know now going forward, but it felt very inflexible and like not good customer service.

My pup wasn’t weighed, temperature taken or even touched by the vet or vet tech but I was given a summary of what charges would be to fix issue and paid a 85.00 exam fee. I received better care from a telehealth vet! Will not be taking her back.
