- RTRobyn TaylorNov 9, 20251.0I booked an appointment for my two kitties to have micro chipping. I did not realize that two carriers were required. They like to travel together. I didn’t get any notice about that. So they could not see them for their scheduled appt. I asked if one could wait in the car, they said are you going to have the air conditioner on, it’s 67° outside. My cats travel in the car with no issues. They wanted me to buy a carrier and didn’t have any of the box carriers, which is surprising for a vet’s office. I didn’t want to buy a carrier because we have one at home. I’ll know now going forward, but it felt very inflexible and like not good customer service.

My pup wasn’t weighed, temperature taken or even touched by the vet or vet tech but I was given a summary of what charges would be to fix issue and paid a 85.00 exam fee. I received better care from a telehealth vet! Will not be taking her back.
