was in there with my son today and there was a young lady working around the fish area. she passed us twice and ignored us both times. Just spent $200.00 at a competitor, I guess petco must be doing well......they were not busy.

This online experience was terrible!!!!! Made a purchase online kept waiting for the products to be available. Only to find out they flagged my order and there was going to be a 3day hold on the order. No one could explain the reason behind it. They wanted me to call another department after the employees in the store could not help. They put me on the phone with one department, that department tried to get me to call another department. I just cancelled my order. And went to the competitor.

If I could give zero stars I would...this Petco used to be so neat,clean, organized and superior service. Obviously when Steph and Mike left this place everything just went horribly south.... almost absolutely nothing was priced, almost nothing was in the correct place, the clearance dump bins were not even priced, the aisles are all overcrowded and I was barely able to fit down main aisles, front is full of Legos and children's toys!?!? Really Petco?? Unable to keep pets toys priced and organized at all in the store but Legos and kids toys are priced and organized... that's the only place it was priced kids toys!?!?!?! Things that are actually priced are priced incorrectly and good luck finding what you need or really getting help. Make sure you check expiration dates before you buy anything perishable.I was absolutely aghast at the stores condition and it actually looks worse than the janaf store ever did!!! I will try the Hanbury store next time IF I ever ever go back to a Petco
