The staff and vets here are awesome. They are nice and you can tell they actually love their job. My dog is very scared of doctors but Dr Gibbs actually got on the floor with Duke and talked to him and he started to relax. She wasnt in a hurry to get him through the appointment. She took her time and answered all my questions. I really appreciate how caring everyone is here. Thank you banfield for taking care.of my Service Dog Duke.

Title: They Omitted Fleas and Worms. What ELSE are they forgetting?
I am writing this review feeling totally frustrated and disappointed. My experience with Banfield has been a complete failure, and I wanted to warn other pet owners.
I used a free first-visit coupon to bring my dog in for his initial check-up. Maybe that was my first mistake. The appt. was rushed and condescending from the start. I explained to them clearly that he'd been scooting and was a bit itchy, but they said it was likely an anal gland thing or an irritant skin condition. They did a cursory once-over and gave him a "clean bill of health."
Flash forward three weeks, and my poor pup was miserably itchy, to the point of losing hair. I took matters into my own hands and discovered a full-blown flea infestation. His extensive grooming revealed not only fleas, but also signs of worms in his stool. I was outraged. How does a trained vet, on physical examination, not see something as easy and glaring as FLEAS and the telltale signs of a worm infestation?
Now I just have to wonder if since I used the free coupon, they decided not to even attempt. Did my dog's health

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
