  THE BEST PLACE to get anything aquarium and fish related in the 757!! No other fish store/pet store holds a candle to this place. Selection is great, staff is amazing, and the owner is extremely nice and helpful. Will continue to shop here and recommend to all.

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would- and I don’t say that often. EACH staff member is amazing and EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I’m new to the hobby and I’ve visited this store about 6 times at least, and it’s always GEAT customer service. Short story: there is a store that’s about six minutes away from my house that’s more convenient for me to go to. I called them because I needed a new filter for my fish tank-the one that came with my fish tank was horrible. When I called the location close to me and ask them did they have any filters? The lady said yes they do. I then asked her what are the prices that you guys have for your filters? She then replied, “ I don’t know the prices of our filters right now, but we do have them available in the store.” So I called this location and asked the same thing. When I asked the prices for the filter, the representative put me on hold and came back with three options. A more expensive one and one that was mid range. Just by that one kind act of customer service pushed me to drive 15 minutes out of the way compared to the one that’s right down the street from me. Great job you guys!

  I had met someone in the area to purchase heat pads for my reptile babies and he had mentioned this place...SO HAPPY I STOPPED BY! One special employee LIAM in the reptile department was extremely kind and helpful. I was able to get everything else needed to properly set up the new two additions to my family. I also snapped a few pics if their amazing well put together store. I'll be taking that hour drive monthly to get my reptilian family needs! THANKS LIAM YOU WE'RE A GREAT HELP!!!

  Amazing store with great owners! Nearly 10,000 square feet of fish, Reptiles and more. AU has everything you need in one stop. You want a new tank, walk out with it and have everything you need to go with it. Have questions about setting up said tank. Well between 1 of the 5 people on the floor you'll walk out with all the answers to questions and concerned you had. Furthermore, this store is a spectacle. Several 500+ gallon tanks full of beautiful coral, sharks, puffer fish and more. Did I mention they have a sloth....
