  Groomer is rude and I left after the way she touched my dog. If she’s that aggressive when I am in the room, it terrifies me what she’s like without someone watching her. Not a chance I’d leave my dog that I love with my whole heart, with someone who behaves how she does. This was second time I saw her behave this way. Groomers groom, they are not veterinarians. I’m the one who has to deal with infections post groom. If I say not to stay away from ears or what level cut I’d like for my dog, it’s my decision. I take care of her every day.

  They have staff who clearly don’t want to help. I bought some shrimp and a few plants, but the employees acted like it wasn’t their job — sighing and doing everything with zero interest. The cashier was also extremely slow; it took forever just to process a simple card payment. Very poor service and no customer care at all.

  I ordered an aquarium light online, and as soon as it arrived, I realized it was too big, so I went to return it. The employees didn’t know how to process online returns, and the manager spent 40 minutes trying to figure it out. Even though they asked me for tons of proof of purchase, they didn’t provide me with any confirmation of the return. The manager was very unhelpful. They urgently need to replace their manager and train the staff on how to handle online orders and returns.

  Staff is helpful, store is clean and generally well stocked compared to other Petco stores. 99% of the time i can stockup on what i came there for and i often find some new items or bargains. Really my only criticism is I wish they would not display and sell larger birds! Those poor birds take forever to sell (if i was gonna spend $500-700 on a bird, I’d go to a breeder). I don’t have a problem with canaries and parakeets for display and sale as they are caged together. But it hurts my heart looking at the larger bird alone in its cage!

  My first experience taking my cat Alice there was great. I was seen quickly upon arrival and they were very thorough in their examination and prescribed medication that made all of my baby's issues go away. She seems much more relaxed and comfortable. Best of all she doesn't throw up everyday anymore - lol. Not one time since I took her to the vet. I am so grateful!!!!
