- JJJasDec 27, 20251.0I just left this store to get my dog a few things and get some things for my friends dog as a gift, I asked the lady at the register for a gift receipt and her response was “we don’t print out gift receipts” then I said “ok can you just print my receipt twice because some of these things are a gift for a friend” she said “no we can’t do that, we can only give out 1 receipt” … never in my life I ever heard that. There’s always an option for gift receipts or printing a receipt twice. She was very incompetent and she honestly didn’t want to help me at all. That’s terrible customer service, very inappropriate… especially after the holidays.
