I am satisfied with the vaccination services received. The only complaint I have is that the wait time to get checked in for my appointment was ridiculous! I had an 11:30am appointment and wasn't checked in until close to noon. The delay threw off my schedule for the rest of the day. I have never had to wait to check in for a vaccination appointment before and I'm severely disappointed. There needed to be two check ins to accomodate the amount of appointments on Dec. 31, 2025.

STAY AWAY. The service couldn’t be less pleasant nor less convenient. Their “Veterinarian” (and I’m being generous calling her that) is rude to humans and discomforting to animals. Their hours change every week. You can’t email them. You can’t call Vetco locally… though they do have a number that will route you to an entirely unhelpful call center in India 24 hours a day. And their area inside the Petco is very unsettling for the animals… they had to muzzle my dog, he’s never had to be muzzled before. Don’t fall for the Vital Care Premier either… your Vetco bill will be more than a traditional Veterinarian with worse service and extra trauma for your pet.

I have been going to the VETCO clinic for years. Never had any problem until yesterday. I too my 2 dogs to get their shots one of my dogs have allergies and a mass on her stomach that the have noted from several of my visits. The intake person lied and said there’s no mention of it but when I showed her the vetco documents that stated they know she had it . Because of this they refused to give my dog her vaccinations. I log into my email today to see that they posted a prescription for neck guard for my dog that they did vaccinate however the person who gave me my ppwk never mentioned it. Needless to say I will NOT be taking my dogs to them ever again
