    The groomers are nice and scheduling was convenient, but unfortunately the services were disappointing. I booked a de-shed service and wash but when I picked up him he was still shedding heavily. I could also still see the flakes of his dry skin.

    I always have wonderful customer service in the Suffolk Harbor View store from every store associate. The grooming salon has wonderful groomers and I have been able to use same groomer for years which is great because my dog feels more comfortable with her. She knows exactly how to groom my dog, is attentive to details and my dog's special likes and dislikes and fears. I will continue to shop at your store.
