I waited for well over 7 minutes at the register at the front of the store with no one in sight to help me. And when someone finally showed up, there was no apology for the wait in fact no conversation at all - the person seemed extremely put out that she had to help me. At the end of the transaction, there was no thank you for shopping at Petco - she just handed me the receipt. Wow - thanks for shopping at Petco - NOT!!
