  Our pets have always received excellent care from the staff, who were also very supportive/sympathetic during the visits when we had to put down our dog and cat in the same month.

  I’ve been coming to the Banfield in Sterling for the last 13 years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Sam and her entire team. Sam is an outstanding manager who has built and trained an incredible staff that consistently delivers caring, professional, and attentive service. You can see the quality in how smoothly everything runs and how well the team works together year after year. Even though I’m about 45 minutes away, I always choose this Banfield location over closer ones because of the great doctors and the reliable care my pets receive. I even bring my mom’s dog from Tyson here because I trust this team that much. In all honesty, if this Sterling Banfield ever disappeared, I’d probably leave Banfield altogether. That’s how much I value the consistency and kindness I’ve experienced here. Sam and her staff have made what can be stressful pet visits feel easy and reassuring every single time. Thank you, Sam, and the whole Sterling team — you’ve earned a lifelong client in me!

  It turns out there are 3 Banfield Pet Hospitals in my town, and it is not clear which one you are making an appointment with. My poor cat had to ride around in heavy traffic for an hour and a half rather than 5 minutes. The new vet seemed competent.

  We started taking our dog to this place and we are extremely happy with their service they are very helpful and compassionate we have visited many different vets and never had a satisfactory services like what we get in banfield sterling dr. Ryan Oltjen is exceptional. Thank you.

  I have never been to a more disrespectful veterinary clinic in my life. The surgical nurse was rude over the phone when I had concerns or questions. The front desk told me I owed over double what I actually had to pay and had been told to prior to coming in. The vet had to correct their mistake over the phone and apologized for the behavior of his staff. If this wasn’t the only banfield available to take my pet I would of never come here and don’t recommend anyone does unless they wanna be lied too, demeaned, and employees try to make you pay double what you owe.
