I decided to do the Mini Make-Rover package. He was taken right away. I shopped and about 10 minutes later he was done. I will definitely bring him back to this location!

She looked and smelled wonderful when all was done and said she did well for first time even with getting her toes done. We'll definitely be back and request him again.

My daughter brought my Yorkie in for grooming, and while she has been there before and staff are familiar with her history, our recent visit was extremely disappointing. My daughter asked if she could stay and wait with our dog because she was shaking and anxious, which is understandable given the situation. The groomer, a man on staff assigned to our yorkie girl (Demond), was VERY RUDE to my daughter! He immediately labeled our dog as “nail aggressive” and said he couldn’t guarantee getting her service done. There was no effort to calm her or make her feel comfortable, despite seeing that she was shaking. My daughter felt uncomfortable leaving our dog with him due to Demond's attitude and negative energy. Additionally, as she was leaving, Demond crumpled the paperwork in a very unprofessional manner. This behavior is unacceptable for someone in a grooming position, and I would not feel comfortable leaving my dog here again! I appreciate the staff who have worked with our dog in the past, like Flo, but this particular experience was very poor.
