    Quick availability for a rescue dog in serious need! Sincere & meticulous detail taken to groom the frightened dog a little at a time allowing breaks!!! Kept me apprised of longer time required and the results were AMAZING!!! BRAVO!!!

    I recently took my dog to this groomer, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Despite being aware of the poor reviews this groomer (Demond) had at Petco I still ended up with the one staff member who clearly didn’t care. I specifically requested that my dog’s fur not be cut too short, yet the groomer trimmed it as short as possible, completely altering my dog’s appearance. Additionally, the groomer had absolutely no customer service skills: no eye contact, no friendliness, and no effort to engage. For the first few second he doesnt even acknowledge us and not even say hi! Never seen such a rude customer service! It was a disappointing experience! I wouldn't recommend this guy! and I honestly don’t understand why he hasn't improve with all those poor reviews!! Cleary managment doeant care as well!! I dont know about the other groomers but definitely not going back to Petco because of today bad experience.

    I walked in for a nail trim for my 1 yo Great Dane. It was our first time there. I was greeted by Savannah. She was friendly and professional. I decided to do the Mini Make-Rover package. He was taken right away. I shopped and about 10 minutes later he was done. I will definitely bring him back to this location!
