This past order, it allowed me to order online but when we got there, turns out they were out of stock for the particular kind of food we get. Not only did the first associate send a second associate to do a double check, but when it was clear the site wasn't accurate and they were, in fact out of stock, they were so incredibly helpful in finding a substitute, telling us their next shipment date, and even providing some free samples for our pups. I love the people at this store! They are so personable, professional, helpful, and willing to lift very heavy bags! That's hard to come by in retail these days. Five stars all the way!
