- KRKayla RodriguesNov 23, 20251.0When i picked up my dog from being boarded for a little less than 2 weeks he came with 2 big cuts that have pussed up that we found after giving him a bath at home the same day. His nose was super dry and i genuinely don’t think they gave him a lot of water he’s a big dog a doberman and needs a lot of water. He also was just out of it and hasn’t been his normal self since we’ve picked him up. I heard of them through family and i’m honestly very disappointed.

From the start, they were patient, attentive, and truly cared about making her comfortable. They even sent us cute photos while she was there, which was such a thoughtful touch and really helped put us at ease. I also love that they offer Sunday pickup, it made scheduling so much more convenient. When I picked her up, she was happy, well-cared for, and had no transition or adjustment needed when she got home. I could tell she had been given a lot of love and attention during her stay. I am so grateful for how they handled her quirky needs and made the experience stress-free for both of us. I have so much relief that I have found the perfect boarder for us! I highly recommend Colonial K-9 to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and thoughtful place for their fur babies.

I had to go get an employee today while working and on the way I forgot to grab gas and ran out of gas at a bad intersection ( it’s been a hectic day ). The kind Owner, stopped asked if she could help, went and grabbed gas from her own home and came back and didn’t ask for anything in return. She was my savior that day especially with the heat. We laughed and she made me feel less stressed and only wanted to help. I’m glad there are still kind and wonderful people out here. Thank you again 🙏❤️ I won’t forget today!
