They are now closed on Sunday when other Banfields are open, if I call they either don’t answer, I stay in hold for 25 min before I hang up, or like last week, they offer the option to leave a message and then do not call back. Is this a franchise or does Banfield corporate own it? If it’s owned by corporate, why do they not staff it properl? Also, unlike other Banfields, you cannot do an online appointment. That’s problematic when they don’t answer the phone.

All he wanted was to get our dogs nails cut and she gave him attitude and told him "that's why there's grooming over there"...other customers that were there waiting...we very upset too because she was giving everyone attitude. One male customer had 4 dogs with him and she treated him like crap. He got so frustrated that he made her cancel his 4 dogs appointments and the insurance plan he had just opened with them. People that are rude like that should not be working with customer service. I'm very upset to the core. We've always had the best experience with the rest of the staff. Now we are looking into switching services as well because of this experience.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
