They took EXCELLENT care of my dog and their prices are rather reasonable. They treated him so well, they clipped his nails, and played with him! I was truly relieved by how they got a feel for his character before working with him. I highly highly recommend them!

Emergency euthanasia was drawn out, painful, traumatic, careless, sloppy, etc. Assistant was heartless and cared not for patient’s basic needs. Prep was hidden from owner while animal cried out repeatedly in the back for a long time and owner was informed they would only start a line on the arthritic cancer filled broken leg. Disclaimer which was worded in a concerning way was required to receive care. Cost was also astronomical. I do not recommend.

We brought our very sick pup to Dr.Juan Sardinas. First of all, when I called for an appointment, Terry was knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Sardinas' dedication, sensitive manner was appreciated during our family crisis. To deliver the saddest information to a dog's family has to also be difficult. He did it with empathy and grace. With grateful hearts, we thank you. Mark and Linda Wilkoff

Can’t recommend this place enough! After terrible experiences with Pender or other vets this location is for sure a breath of fresh air. Wait times can be longer but they do take care of you for sure. I have been here twice with my cat and they have been nothing but amazing.

Unfortunately we had to visit The Regional Veterinary Referral Center when our 13 year old pup started having breathing difficulties. From the moment we called we were treated with urgency and compassion. We were met at the door by a tech who showed and amazing level of concern and immediately examined our pup and took her back into the OR quickly. Dr Kees called us back shortly there after and concisely explained the situation with compassion and laid out expectations and options while giving us choices. Unfortunately it was time. From that moment on everything was about keeping our dog comfortable and allowing us a dignified good bye. Dr Kees walked us through every step along our time line laid on the floor with us and cried as we said goodbye. Dr Kees was not our regular vet but cared like Heidi had been a multi year patient. Unfortunately we had to go but on the hardest day of our lives Dr Kees was amazing to us and our pup and eased any fear we had of going to an unknown vet after normal hours. Highly recommend and we will take any future pets to their care.
