Awful awful awful!!!! They cause a lot of harm and even death to dogs!! Banfield should never be trusted if you really care about your pet! I had a friend who had a puppy and they messed up the neuter process and the dog passed away at only 10 months old! Shut this place down.

I dont even know where to begin. This entire experience; from making our 1st appt to exiting the bldg was was extremely, exceptionally above and beyond my expectations. My little Jane dog is a rescue from St Croix, Virgin Islands 14 yrs old with no paperwork and only a chip to go by, these people welcomed us as family. The staff is so lovely, these ladies ompletely workied to the fullest to help me and Jane in our needs Dr Freeman is a blessing with superior and articulate mannerisms and his genuine care for my dog is that of an excellent doctor! Like wow! . He even talked to my little girl in a soothing manner on her first exam when she was shaking like a leaf, I could see the genuine compassion and care that was so impressive, as me and my pup were both scared to death that day. living in a new city and in total need of a new vet hospital, I feel it was a total blessing and cant wait for our next appt next week. Respectfully Lori and The Jane dog

I called five times to schedule a dental appointment for my dog and received no response. On the sixth attempt, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Out of frustration, I used my wife's phone to call—and someone picked up immediately. This is unacceptable. If you're placing callers on hold, you need to follow through and reconnect. Ignoring calls and selectively answering is not just inefficient—it’s unprofessional. I expect better communication and accountability from your team.
