  They used to be nice ! And accommodating, but change. I ve been calling them for the last 3 days and they wont pick up, one time pick up then hang up on me! So rude!

  Genuinely the worst vet I have ever taken any pet to. We dropped our pet off first thing in the morning for an illness and were told to expect a call within a couple of hours with results. After 6.5 hours and right before closing, we called them 6 times to ask about updates and were sent to voicemail each time. Finally we were put on hold but we ended up driving there before we were ever taken off of hold. Once we were there we waited for 20 minutes to get our pet. We were handed an invoice, an exam report, and a prescription. The exam report did not even contain any information related to our pet’s issue, but an entirely other issue altogether. We scrambled to a pharmacy to get the prescription since they were all about to close, and were told by the pharmacists that the prescription does not even exist in that dosage. Finally at the 3rd pharmacy they told us “no real doctor would ever write that dosage.” We spent nearly $200 for almost no information about our pet and no way to even treat them. Horrible

  Horrible experience at this location. Made an in person appointment instead of a drop-off for my dog because I wanted to ask some question to the doctor. Ended up waiting more than 3 hours! in the room that was freezing cold.. they kept saying there was only one doctor that day.. Well then why do you offer in person appointments if you know you can't accommodate! on top of this their prices for medications are ridiculously high. Higher than any other places. NEVER AGAIN.

  Awful awful awful!!!! They cause a lot of harm and even death to dogs!! Banfield should never be trusted if you really care about your pet! I had a friend who had a puppy and they messed up the neuter process and the dog passed away at only 10 months old! Shut this place down.
