Every encounter I have had, from in person visits, to emails, to phone calls, have been excellently handled and easy and pleasant to experience. I have found them to be exceedingly accessible any time I have needed them. Scheduling is so easy, just choosing a date and time online. My dog has lots of GI issues and they have been wonderfully helpful with different ideas and suggestions to help improve her health, while hearing and balancing my own concerns about certain care options. Dr Bruce is so kind and so fantastic with her care, as are all the techs and assistants I have encountered; they are all clearly animal lovers and take such great care of my dog. I know my dog will be cared for at the level I want without any concerns. The front desk is always helpful and great and they make being a patient so easy and pleasant. 100/10

I received a call the morning of to make sure that we were still coming in, the personal touch was perfect. When we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and “Kitty” was given so much love. She was given a once over, her vaccines, a sample of flea, tick, and wormer preventative. They even gave her a complimentary nail trim. We left with a vaccine schedule and other info needed for a healthy successful puppyhood. My baby was not traumatized and had a great experience. I would recommend this vet to anyone that asked. Love Ruckersville Animal Hospital!
