I have a long haired cat and she goes there to get groomed, they are very gentle and considerate about you and the animals. Shaving/ brushing, nail clippings, a bath and blow drying are all included in the grooming procedure.

The associates seem to have a basic understanding of pet nutrition, which is good considering the store is fairly new. The only reason I'm not providing five stars is because the pricing on self bathing is a RIP. Back in Richmond there's a store called petvalu that provides you all the same equipment for bathing plus fragrance spray for a flat cost of $10, however this store charges you $10 for 15 mins and then ever $1 dollar per minute past the limit. An associate kindly offered to dry my dog as I didn't get to do so fully due to the time limit. I spent about 30 minutes on the equipment and probably another 5 if I was to finish drying my dog. With that being said you will spend about 35 dollars in total. At that cost you mind as well go to a groomer. I dont think it's fair to punish those with larger dogs (golden retriever) or simple wanting to use shampoo and conditioner plus the dryer. I would understand if the store is constantly packed for the equipment but frankly that isn't the case. Beautiful store ,but your better off washing you pets at home.
