  Only did a online pick up. Item was correct and ready, but upon entering, finding an employee to retrieve it was a little more difficult than expected.

  Will, the new grooming manager is very cool and extremely helpful. I came in with my dog and I had to reschedule the grooming for the next day because my pup was dealing with something. Will pulled the product that I needed off the shelf, held it for me till I got there, and when I got there, my puppy had not met him before, but after an introduction they got on very well. Very approachable, warm caring person, very knowledgeable and nothing but positive vibes. I couldn’t be more appreciative of his help. When your Groomer no longer works for the business, any pet parent would be anxious not knowing what to expect. This guy is great. It’s gonna be a smooth transition. My boy is resting up and feeling OK after the ear drops.

  Actually pretty good pet store that has a bigger selection than most places and definitely more than Petsmart which is it’s long lost sister store and the two are very similar but also different noticeably so, Petco has rows and rows of food choices even several refrigerators with options that places like Petsmart do not have which is particularly important to me because I buy canned food in bulk and other places have limited availability in bulk sizes and flavors you want, and it’s always hard for me to find sensitive skin and stomach formulations except for here at Petco. And I did not do an extensive cost analysis but from what I saw browsing the internet and comparing prices Petco was actually a lot lower on price than everywhere else that I saw especially for the brand I buy but I would google or ask an Ai or price comparison app or software which is cheapest and where and then compare your specific brand to find out where the best deal really is, but make sure you tell it to add Petco’s price to the comparison, also its obvious but i myself have made the mistake before too but make sure you are comparing the same size weight bags when you see a price from the stores you are price checking, manufactures fiddle and play with ounces and listed types of quantity measurements in order to try and trick you so be sure that one price is truly better than another. Also even being a no fun having boring old fart such as myself I still really enjoy looking at and am of the belief that every petstore should have animals and Petco’s got some there for you to adopt and rescue if thats what you are looking for, they all seem to be happy and well cared for as well. My only gripe would be that most of the time i have been there it seems like there is only one person who works in the store and that cant be true first off, but they are all really super friendly and like trying to sell you all sorts of extras and talking with other people about their pets and just chitchating and stuff all while i am next in line or third and tired and trying to get out of there, and the number of customers is not that bad at all usually and there are four registers but I always see three just chillin with no one to run them usually but the employees are super friendly and if you are looking for someone to show pictures of your animals and talk about them for hours with then this is your place.
