- MKMakenzie Kelly1 day ago1.0This is the only place I would bring my dog to get her nails trimmed (she hates it & won't let me do it) and get a bath at the same time. Within the last year, they refused to continue to bathe my dog because she’s older and has a hard time standing for too long. Previously, that was never an issue. And now, because I wasn’t in the store when I went to pick up my dog after a walk-in, I can no longer do that. (I was literally sitting right outside in my car because it was cold & I answered the first ring when they called). Worst service ever. This place has really gone downhill since my favorite groomer left.
