I decided to give vetco a try to get my cat in for simply her annual shots and maybe save a little money in the process. I can’t speak for all vetco locations but do NOT waste your time at this one. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff, when you can even find them in store. It seems they are better equipped to handle dogs so maybe that would be a better experience but they should not accept cats then. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAT HERE! Just wait for an ACTUAL vet appointment and they will treat you and your pet as you should be.

The findings were incorrect leading me to believe that Cowboy’s ears were not checked as he has a terrible infection and is going to our regular Vet tomorrow for treatment. Was I billed for a Wellness that wasn’t performed?
