So, I bring her in at my scheduled time 2 pm... The groomer then texts and states it will take 45 minutes longer for my dog because now they are overbooked!!! Really!?!? When I return to pick up my little girl why did the groomer say, "Her ears are damp because she did not like the blow dryer!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I should take my dog home on a damp misty day with wet ears!! I have never from New York to Virginia heard of such a thing! I have tried to give Petco a break with grooming but your groomers have lost it...
