  I recently brought my parent’s pup to a grooming appointment with Maysen. He was FANTASTIC!! He gave us detailed instructions on how to care for her coat, and definitely delivered the best haircut our girl has had! We will be back.

  A couple of days ago while picking up some dog food, I had asked one of the store hands for advice, I believe he was one of the managers. I'm guessing since I'm African American he decided to talk to me in the most over the top caricature of a Black person he could think of(he's white). It felt so degrading and racist I just needed to leave. The cherry on top when I entered the store and he was helping a white customer he had an entirely different manner. This is not the pet store for me anymore...

  The staff in Dog Krazy are always extremely helpful. They make the perfect recommendations for my 7 month old puppy, Brady!! We love their products!!

  My son and I went into this shop last week for the first time and loved it. The first thing I noticed was that it actually smelled good in the store, which is different from most pet stores. As I looked at their product line, I realized that all of the products used really high quality ingredients, which probably improved the smell of the entire store. I purchased a bag of dry cat food for my very picky cat who also had been having issues with vomiting. He loved the new food, and has not vomited since he began eating it. We will definitely be back. .

  Dog Krazy is always so great! I went in today to get a birthday present for my Newfoundland (he turned 10!), and somehow noticed for the first time that they had a do it yourself bathing station! Liz was amazing and gave me some tips on when to avoid crowds, etc, and another staff member was able to suggest GI-friendly birthday treats for my pup (pumpkin yogurt/ ice cream was the winner). Then I picked out a toy and was able to check out immediately. Fantastic service by Liz and all of the staff at Dog Krazy! 10/10 would recommend.
