Although I was just dropping off and picking up dogs to help a friend who's in the hospital, the staff were super nice and everything went very smoothly. If I could afford it, I would definitely consider taking my own 2 dogs there. I thought that the plans that were offered made it very convenient to make sure your pets are getting all the proper checkups and vaccinations, etc.

Not pleased with the 30+ minute wait. Very disrespectful of my time and I was not warned when I showed up 10 minutes early.

Made an appointment for my dog five days in advance. No mention was made in communications to me regarding: shot records needed other than rabies. I brought rabies certificate and then was told that my dog would not be seen unless I consented to parvo testing, etc, first. Blatant attempt to tack on unnecessary tests, labs, etc- before ever seeing a vet. Will NEVER consider this as an option in the future. The front desk person was incredibly rude and hostile.

The front office staff & doctors are fantastic! They are compassionate and care for my babies just as much as me ( for 4 years now). Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
