  My dogs have a lot of allergies and sensitivities so I really appreciate the high quality selection here. They were recommend to me by Kyle at Bark Busters dog training, specifically for their frozen goat milk. My dogs have it everyday to rehydrate their kibble and I’ve noticed a difference in their digestion and skin/coat.

  This is the cutest dog store. Carytown is an adorable neighborhood in Richmond you must visit. I'm a travel nurse & stopped In to get my girls treats before going home. They got a whole dried mackerel head, dried duck head, dried pig snout, freeze dried frog legs and salmon skins. Now, that might all sound very weird---But all 100% natural & what dogs should be eating. They have such a variety of treats like these. My girls loved them!!!! I will definitely be getting more before my final trip home. The girls are so happy I found Dog Krazy Inc!!!!

  Booked for a haircut but was quoted a different service and only told the full cost on arrival. Deposit was not refunded despite unclear pricing upfront. Edit: cant believe i gotta add to this because of their half baked reply. We booked for a haircut and specifically asked about a Border Collie blowout as well. On arrival, we were told the appointment was only for a bath and blowout, and that a haircut would be an additional $80 that had not been clearly communicated during booking. Even the employee at check in questioned whether we were getting a cut, which added to the confusion. Because of the unclear pricing and mismatch in services, we declined the appointment. A deposit is not free money, its a partial payment on an agreed upon service. This is not what we got.

  What a cute little shop. I stopped in for fun after an appointment and found lots of little goodies for my patients! I was looking for something very specific for my chemo patients at work and I found them and got 2! The lady there was very helpful and told me about a sale that was happening with the product and explained the flow of the store. She was helpful with out hovering which is appreciated. Super cute place you should definitely check out.
