I recently had to take my dog bear for loss of weight it turned out to be cancer. Dr Coleman was very compassionate and explained the options. His empathy was comforting in a difficult time. The staff was also very sympathetic.

Horrible experience. This is the first review I have ever written but need to share, and it will be graphic. Took our sweet pup here last year after noticing blood in her stool. It was super scary and you could literally see a mass that would appear while she was doing her business and bleed and then ‘retract’. She was tired but no other GI symptoms. Booked an apt and they said bring a stool sample so we did. They said they would do an exam and wouldn't let me stay in the room so I said okay, then the Vet came back and said everything looked normal… even though we could literally see the mass when she did her business? So they said it was most likely an infection and sent us with antibiotics and probiotics. The antibiotics were anti diahhreal, which was odd because she was already straining and in pain and bleeding - all of which we told them. So I left and paid for the meds, and they charged me a couple hundred for the exam and stool sample and bloodwork. Then I get a call an hour later saying they forgot to charge me for the stool sample and some bloodwork? I didn't keep the receipt but was baffled since it was so expensive and I was just like ok. So I paid for the bloodwork over the phone and asked what would be the benefit of stool sample and it was to check for worms which she was on meds for and then given meds that would take care of that anyway so I opted out. Fast forward a week or so and the bleeding got worse and then the mass started STAYING outside of her for several minutes after she relieved herself. We panicked and called them and they said to send photos so I did. The Vet looked at them and said it would most likely have to be removed and we scheduled an apt for a consultation and potential surgery that day depending on his schedule and if we could pay then. He did the consultation and confirmed indeed, there was a mass. Showed me a bill of thousands, so I would need to schedule for a week or two later so we could save up at least some for a deposit. Would go to emergency vet if things got worse of course. They gave me a pack of meds that would be for surgery and I asked if we could hold off in case she didn't need them and they said to just take them and not worry about it. Anyway, on the bill the consultation was 0$ for the day and then the surgery price was listed. Once again, I get home and get a call and what do you know- they AGAIN say “oh, we forgot to charge you.” so I said for what? And they said for the appointment which showed as 0$ on the bill which this time I saved.. And then a fee for the meds they forced me to take “in case” that I double checked with the vet were free (this was a small Cost but still). So it was clear they didn't care about our pup, probably never did the first exam since how do you miss a mass that we could see, and twice called to add On mysterious charges? So I called around and got her in with a local hospital who did the surgery and she did great. Thank god. It was 1/8 of the cost they were going to charge, also (not that we cared we just wanted her better at this point and with trustworthy people). And now we keep getting this bill for that “complimentary” appointment for 145$ in the mail. Awful.

I had a wonderful experience and am very glad I made the decision to come here. Everyone was incredibly friendly, inviting, and informative from the moment I walked in. The staff took the time to answer my questions and made sure Molly was super comfortable too. The prices were also very reasonable, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they truly care about both the pets and their owners. Because of such a positive experience, I will definitely be bringing my other cat here as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming and trustworthy place for their pets!

My first visit with my fur baby Blu was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the appointment. The veterinarian was compassionate and thorough during the examination, explaining everything clearly and making Blu feel comfortable.
