  Very friendly staff! Alex was very helpful with helping make the decision on an automatic litter box, and Melissa, if you see this, the mat is great! Big enough to fit two bowl sets and still doesn’t leave a mess

  Dont open on time .(marissa) They was late for my appointment and I guess she was tired (Tori) and told me she cant take my pup at the time I booked. The worst customer service 😒

  Absolutely disgusted at their handling of the saltwater set up. After weeks of quarantining fish for ick (as they should) - they opens a few tanks up for sale- even though they were cycling water with sick fish still, not surprisingly went in today to see the situation and all fish are for sale, even though their angel has clear ick on his scales- and the other side of the tank had over 4 dead animals spread across 2 tanks. Told the attendant and she just mumbled she’d get to it. I asked if the ones cycling with the ick could be sold at a discount so I could copper dip them properly, and she muttered she didn’t have that authority. Hate to see these fish will likely die due to mishandling, or someone less knowledgeable will be screwed out of a lot of money.
