    Store looked like a tornado had went through. Boxes everywhere , empty shelves ect. Very dissapointed.

    This is a great location. I choose to drive here from Hampton instead of going to the coliseum location. I have been using the shot clinic here for over a year after show up at the Hampton location for an appointment an no one was there.

    Worse experience EVER with grooming service- staff was awful & dismissive. My dog had to be seen by emergency vet after for an infection and abscess drain due to injury that occurred in their care while being groomed

    The experience of ordering online and picking up in store was less than ideal. The employee who was asked to assist me in picking up my order acted like a child, showing off a rainbow unicorn toy to her colleague saying how she loves this and needs this toy. Then finally proceeded to get the keys to the locker to get my order. Then I pointed out this is not what I ordered, showed the order (grain free and what was pulled was the ancient grain Orijen). She told me to cancel my order online and re-order it. Made no sense to do that, I informed her who pulled my order got the wrong bag. She said when she scans it it comes up on her end as what I ordered. She called another colleague over, explained the situation and I showed on my phone what I ordered and said the wrong bag was pulled. The colleague said if it's on the shelf just switch it (which is what I noted!). After a few minutes the lady came around the corner and handed me my correct order. Then bent over commenting how heavy the 23.5lb bag was. I'm sorry if you cannot hire people who can cognitively manage switching out a bag of food when the wrong one was pulled, and handle manual labor carrying a 23.5lb bag of dog food, you need to take a closer look at your hiring requirements.

    I was actually disappointed with my visit yesterday evening. When I was shopping for my three dogs yesterday I went to buy some treats for them and the labels stated by one get 150% off so I bought two bags when I got to the register it rang them both up full price. So when I asked The man at the register about the buy 150% off the person who I believe might’ve been the manager came over and said. Oh no, that was yesterday‘s sale that’s over. We just haven’t gotten a chance to change the sticker price yet. So I asked him well. Most stores honor the price that’s still up under the item. This manager said well I can show you the new sticker that’s right in the aisle. We just haven’t had a chance to put it up yet and refused to honor the buy one get 150% off so I just told him to keep it. I don’t know who trained this manager, but he obviously was absent on the day they taught about good customer service.
