the hold & wait times are terrible. they act like calling them to do anything is unacceptable. today when i was there caleb was actively mocking & complaining about someone on the phone right in front of other customers. so unprofessional. i just made appointments elsewhere because i’m sick of this vets bs. the front counter employees are SO rude. i had to request never to have one of the assistants again because her attitude was so bad. they push things on you so hard to get you to spend more money. we had a wellness plan for our one cat & it wasn’t even worth it. the only thing we saved money on was our cat getting neutered. i had to request all of my records from the last year,
which there are so many due to my cat being severely ill. i went to an appointment today & they said since another cat showed up they would not be able to see mine even though i scheduled an appointment on the app almost two weeks prior. they didn’t even try to contact my husband to confirm the appointment. i am sad my cat won’t be seen by the same veterinarian he has been with because she was great & knew his history perfectly. i knew i should’ve switched vet offices sooner but all of my history was there. i say go somewhere else if you want to be respected by the staff that isn’t the doctor. mind you, you can’t even be in the same room as your animal as they treat them.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I have two cats and took both at one time. While they had one cat getting bloodwork done, the vet came out to tell me the results of my other cats bloodwork which was nice

What can I say? They saved my cat's life. And not only that, they know her by name and really, really love her. Sometimes that's the best medicine. That's all I've got to say, except for this: if they loved my cat this way they'll probably love your pet too.

My little guy, Charlie, is family to me. I feel very comfortable having him cared for at Banfield. The attention and kindness from the staff is very professional and comforting.
Also, I really appreciate the aftercare/followup phone calls.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
