  We took our 5 month old puppy for her evaluation and had a great positive experience! The staff, (Courtnee, Aleyha, and Leo) were amazing and it was obvious they truly love dogs exhibited through the love of their jobs! We have never used a doggie daycare and were hesitant to do so, but we are so glad a friend recommended Playful Pack! There's so much to do for the dogs to have fun and the place is spotless clean! We are excited for our pup to go back often!

  We brought our bernedoodle, Buxley, for his first evaluation on February 8, and he absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and given a tour of the facility. Everything was clean, organized, and clearly well-maintained. We had the chance to meet the owner, Nick, who was very engaging and took the time to talk with us. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs in his care. Buxley even went home with a little goodie bag that had treats and a ball — such a sweet touch! But what we truly appreciated most was their attention to detail. They let us know that Buxley didn’t eat his lunch inside the crate and asked how we would prefer him to be fed next time. That level of communication shows how committed they are to properly caring for each dog as an individual. He also came home with a report card, and we loved seeing the photos they uploaded to our account showing how much fun he had during his stay. We felt very comfortable leaving Buxley in their hands and will definitely be back!

  We attended their open house event and decided to give dog daycare a go. It is not something we’ve done in the past, but our 3 dogs now come 2x per week! They are excited to come and leave happy EVERY time! The staff at Playful Pack has been amazing too, they feel like family now! We will definitely be using them for boarding too when the time comes.

  I’m writing to share feedback from our dogs’ evaluation visit on 2/8/26. Courtney was professional, communicative, and attentive. She answered our questions and made us feel comfortable trusting them with our dogs. We truly appreciated her care and support throughout the day. Unfortunately, our interaction with the owner, Nick, at pickup was disappointing. I was not acknowledged or greeted. He shook my partner’s hand and directed all communication only toward her, avoiding eye contact and conversation with me entirely. When we asked whether our dogs had eaten after being there for eight hours, he was unable to give us a clear answer and said he would call to confirm. We never received a follow-up. We ultimately had to contact Courtney ourselves for clarification. We were concerned that the owner present onsite did not know whether our dogs had been fed. Because of this experience, we will be choosing another boarding option moving forward. If the level of service we received from Courtney had been consistent throughout, we would have continued.

  We brought our dogs in for an evaluation day on 2/8/26 while researching boarding options for an upcoming trip. Our dogs appeared well cared for at pickup and came home tired from the day. Courtney was professional, communicative, and attentive. She answered our questions, provided updates, and made us feel comfortable trusting them with our dogs. We truly appreciated her care and support throughout the day. Unfortunately, our interaction with the owner, Nick, at pickup was disappointing and unprofessional. He did not acknowledge or greet my partner. He shook my hand, directed all communication toward me, and avoided eye contact and conversation with her entirely. This behavior felt dismissive and inappropriate. After our dogs had been there for 8 hours, we asked whether they had been fed. He was unable to provide an answer and said he would confirm, but we never received a follow-up, no text or call. We then contacted Courtney ourselves for clarification. It was concerning that the onsite owner did not know if our dogs had eaten. Respectful treatment of clients is a basic expectation. Because of this interaction, we will not be returning or using this business for future boarding.
