I normally go to another Petco, that's closer. Got a bit turned around. She said no problem, things happen. Then I saw the note that she was the ONLY person in the grooming department that day. Checking customers in, phones & grooming!! Very calm working under those conditions. She was absolutely amazing & deserves 20 thumbs up!! And to top it off, finished our dog under time frame given.

But I will say here, briefly, you cannot beat Nikki's skill with poodles. My own is in a transition period and because I trust Nikki, the stylist at Midlothian, my poodle will recover the look she lost.
