- DNDylan NorvellDec 28, 20251.0Store is so disorganized. Very hard to find what you need and how much it costs. Grabbed a bone from the 8$ bin, rang up as 24$ at the register. Prices are not displayed to the customer at checkout. If I hadn’t asked would not have know as I bought several other items. Cashier was rude and dismissive. Will not be back.
- WBWe are the BrownsDec 22, 20253.0(Read until the end to see that the experience did end on a better note). I needed help with purchasing a hamster for my kids’ Christmas present. I asked the closest employee I could find who was unboxing a cart near the reptile/fish department. He huffed, rolled his eyes as he said told me “yeah” and started walking away. I assumed I was supposed to follow, so I did and once I caught up to him he was asking another employee for the keys and venting how his feet hurt and other things I couldn’t quite understand. When he turned around I told him he didn’t have to help me and that I’d find someone else that was more available. He never made eye contact with me but responded with a hand motion and verbally said “come on.” I felt very uncomfortable the entire time because I seemed to be wasting his time. So after 5 mins I thanked him for his time. As soon as he went away I asked someone else (Elizabeth) for assistance and she was very knowledgeable and helped me from start to finish in less than 30 mins. She made me feel at ease instantly. I walked away with a new pet that we are so happy to have chosen with the amazing help from ELIZABETH. Please thank her for her service. She had no clue how she changed my experience that day and saved Christmas for my family! Unfortunately, I have to give this rating a low score because of the first associate I asked for help.
