The machine was fairly easy to use and offered lots of options for font style. The only problem I had was when I got the tag home the packaging was tough to open until I realized I just had to slide the paper out which released the tag. Otherwise I had tried to pry it with heavy duty scissors on the plastic so just be aware.

I worked in retail for 14 years and if I had an employee with this type of demeanor, I would pulled them aside and worked with them to understand the reason we are here is to assist the customers. Let me know you may not have exactly what I am looking for, however let me ask someone else or lets look up what the reviews are on what we carry. I was disgusted and left. What do you think the likelihood of me returning?
