I greeted him and said Hello and he said nothing. He didn’t give me my total and was not friendly at all to me. He didn’t put my items in a bag. The customer who came up after me was a Caucasian woman and he spoke to her very friendly. I am disappointed that this type of behavior exists, but this is world we live in. He is unprofessional and if he can’t treat all cut with respect then maybe he should not work with people.

When asked how my pet did, it would be more encouraging to begin with the positives—since the majority of the session went smoothly—before mentioning the areas that were difficult. At the end of our conversation, the first comment I heard was that it didn’t go well, which gave off a sad impression. Highlighting the positive aspects first would create a more balanced and uplifting experience for pet owners.
