They initially told me it was a “daily emergency,” but later the manager admitted several staff had called out—clearly a lie. After reading more reviews, I realized this has happened to many others. On top of that, they charge a $45 cancellation fee if you miss the appointment. Save yourself the frustration and support professionals who actually value their clients.

The very first visit was the BEST! I wish I could remember the woman who groomed him. She did a fantastic job and my puppy clearly felt comfortable with her because the next two visits I was changed a handling fee because he was “feisty”. I didn’t like that I wasn’t informed of the handling fee when they called to ask questions about what I wanted, but when he picked him up. I was also charged another fee my last visit and it was not communicated to as to what the fee was for. Maybe I can find out who cut him his first visit and request that person.
