  Very bad grooming experience for my dog his eye boogers was still there when i picked him up and smelled the same way as I dropped him and when I called and issued this the lady had an attitude and told me she cleaned him and he didn't have any boogers very bad service, I wouldn't recommend

  My daughter was yesterday Sunday 4/19/26 at petco to get crickets Libery ave She literally called me to tell me she is been waiting for 20 minutes after asking associate for help I told her to ask again but she said there was a line and associate talked about her nails This was at around 6:00 pm No one came to help her She slso looked around and couldn’t find no other worker So she end up walking out without crickets That’s ridiculous They use to have the crickets by front cashier which they should do. again Elsewise you waste a lot of time waiting Bad service

  I had a wonderful experience at Petco recently thanks to one of the managers Daniela in the Aquatics department. She is incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. From the moment I approached her with questions, she took the time to patiently explain everything and made sure I fully understood how to properly care for my Beta fish and maintain a healthy aquarium. What really stood out was how passionate she is about the animals and how genuinely invested she was in helping me make the best choices for my tank. She didn’t rush the interaction and offered thoughtful advice based on her expertise, which made me feel confident in the decisions I was making. Daniela’s professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge truly make her an asset to the store. If you need help with aquatics, she is absolutely the person to ask. Petco is lucky to have someone like her on the team!
