- AHAndy HernandezMay 23, 20211.0I had made an appointment for my dog to get grooming a whole week ago and when I get to my appointment they tell me the appointment was cancelled because the grooming specialist wasn’t going to be here today. I received no call beforehand, no email, nor a voicemail. I find it very unprofessional with how the system works. I asked if there’s anyway that anyone else can see my dog who is a Pomeranian mix and it’s the season where she’s shedding a lot so i need to get her groomed as soon as possible. They told me to call later and hopefully there will be an appointment….as I leave the store I receive a text message and email saying my appointment was cancelled. So when I went in it wasn’t cancelled, they just decided not take me in anymore. I will not be coming back, I never leave any bad reviews on any business. But this situation was very unprofessional and unreliable.
