  We have used Banfield for decades! Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and caring of our fur babies!

  We have been going to Banfield for my pets for decades. They are always friendly, professional and full of very good ideas on how to deal with the various things that can crop up with our fur babies! Thank you for taking such good care of them!

  Dr. Bensfield was so great and friendly! the only reason i’m not giving 5 stars is because the vet tech India was extremely passive aggressive, unwelcoming and made us feel like our cat was unhealthy and neglected. She also told us that our cat was overdue by 3 years for her rabies vaccine but our cat is 2 years old yes, she was overdue but we were unaware and the condescending tone was unneeded. However, the Vet let us know that our cat is “very healthy”! Once the Vet had left India avoided eye contact with us.

  This place is terrible. We've dropped our dogs off for routine shots, visits, and check-ups multiple times, usually around 8am. Every single time, they hold them there until past 5pm, meaning theyre held up in those cages in the back for 10+ hours. We're diligent and constantly ask when they'll be ready, but we're always told that the "vet hasn't seen them yet." Don't waste your money or time here. The Banfield in Clifton is a little bit further, but much faster and just better overall logistically.

  Ok, I've visited various Banfields in my area for over 20 years. This on was less than spectacular. I showed up about 15 minutes early for the appointment and really received a lukewarm greeting. I was told I was early and to have a seat. No one else was around and I could have easily been checked in. Takes all of 3 minutes to do so. It only got worse. When I finally got checked in and taken to the back, the med-tech weighed my cat, asked a few questions, took my cat to the back and about 10 mins later brought her out. Never saw a Doctor until I tried to check out. I was told they were finishing notes. 15 mins later the doctor came out, told me what they did, and recommended a revisit in 3 weeks for a booster. Fine, I was OK to that point. When I went to checkout. Guess what, notes still not finished. In the mean time three people walked in making inquiries. Rather than keep an eye on said notes, I endured another 20 mins of waiting for the conversation to end. Very unhappy with this lication. I will look for another location closer that is at least a little more friendly and organized.
