Very disappointed! 3 weeks ago I brought my Goldendoodle in and the appointment was at 4:55 there was an accident so I got there at 5:00. I called Petco to let you guys know. The site said that we had a 5 minute grace period. I ran into the store and was told I arrived at 5:02. Which was an outright lie. I was met at the door met by a young girl who was so rude and and pretended to be looking on her iPad like she was actually trying to help me. She told me the vet had left and that they could not see me. I heard the workers behind the curtain talking about me. I walked around and there stood not only the vet but, other workers who simply just did not want to waste their time with me or my dog. I asked the vet could she just give my dog a simple rabies shot and was shot down quickly. I then asked the smug looking little girl and asked her why did she lie about the vet being gone and was told by another worker she misspoke. They told me they couldn’t give my dog a rabies shot. The young smug looking girl just looked at me condescendingly almost as if laughing. She was very RUDE to say the least. The other workers and vet were all short talking and rude as well. I know we were late but, we were inside Petco right at 5:00 pm. You guys need to speak to the young girl there and the other workers and vet about their attitude. It’s just the way I was treated and the young girl that just really upset me.The date I was there was September 16th 2025 at 4:55pm if that helps you in knowing who the workers and vet were. We love PETCO just will never bring our dog back to a vet clinics c there.

Great service and great staff and showed concern for my grand dog. My son and I took him to Petco and had an appointment with Vetco. The price was also more reasonable than going to a veterinarian’s office.
