I specifically said I didn’t want it short and and agreed to pay extra for other processes to keep his fur long. That said I wish they would have called me if they felt they had to cut him short. The groomer was so rude and straight out lied about how much she cut. Even with short cut it’s so uneven even that some spots it’s skin and some are long. When I questioned the length, the groomer dismissed my concerns by saying ‘the hair will grow back’ and reminded me that I had signed a waiver, implying I couldn’t do anything about it. She was extremely rude throughout the conversation. The manager on duty even backed her up and told her to ‘go get some fresh air’ before speaking to the store manager, instead of addressing the issue professionally.
