    Our groomer does a fantastic job with our guy! He comes home well groomed, fluffy and handsome as can be. He is always happy to see that we are headed to Petco.

    I brought a picture of a fluffy dog cut I wanted. To my suprise when I showed up they cut my doodle so short that he was unrecognizable. I specifically said I didn’t want it short and and agreed to pay extra for other processes to keep his fur long. That said I wish they would have called me if they felt they had to cut him short. The groomer was so rude and straight out lied about how much she cut. Even with short cut it’s so uneven even that some spots it’s skin and some are long. When I questioned the length, the groomer dismissed my concerns by saying ‘the hair will grow back’ and reminded me that I had signed a waiver, implying I couldn’t do anything about it. She was extremely rude throughout the conversation. The manager on duty even backed her up and told her to ‘go get some fresh air’ before speaking to the store manager, instead of addressing the issue professionally.

    The service went well as I am used with Petco. The check in was quick and easy. I was notified once my dog-son was ready. My boy was happy when I arrived to receive him. He looked very handsome. The entire staff was friendly and polite as usual.
