- RMRiver MarshallNov 7, 20255.0We took our service dog, Rain, through Petco's fundamental and advanced training classes with Joan (alongside working with a professional trainer at home). It was hands down one of the best experiences we've had, and some of the best money we've spent on training. Joan has a lot of skill, is uncommonly good at teaching those skills to handlers (as well as pups!), and helped us work through all the ups and downs of training Rain to be the service animal we need her to be. We can't recommend her enough! If you get the chance to work with her, don't pass it up.
- RFR FleuryNov 8, 20201.0Trainer handed us over to assistant who did very little to engage my scared puppy. I told my puppy had separation anxiety and was told of ghastly consequences of this condition such as dogs gnawing their limbs off. Horrible experience. Stay away.
