  Weird staff, always different people working there, not very welcoming. Our dog got bitten on her ear after very few weeks we were taking her there, she was always scared of getting in once we were dropping her off. Once we got to the vet the front desk said “Can I guess what daycare she is coming from?” and they guessed right so apparently lots of dogs get injured there and even our vet knew. Staff usually on the phone when I check the camera, if you just need a place to your dog stay its fine but if you want actual good care and dog lovers around maybe check another place. Our vet bill got paid after a few weeks and a phone call they sent us a check at least.

  Olaf, my siberian husky, has the best time at Playful Pack! He's happy, gets great pics & comes home exhausted! The facility is kept clean & well maintained. Great staff! Thank you!

  Nala had a great day playing with the other dogs. I enjoyed watching her on the webcam. The staff was friendly and they were great cleaning up after the dogs if there was an accident.

  My pups love daycare at Playful Pack. I love the fact that I don’t need reservations. If something comes up, I always know that they’ll take my dogs. That’s huge for me. I always enjoy the photos and report cards I get after they’ve spent the day. They come home exhausted from all of the day’s activities. If I had one thing I could change, it would be not needing to pay for them to eat lunch while they’re there (when we are providing the food from home). It’s a bit of an annoyance to have to pay two separate $3 fees for that. I also never know if they ever eat any of it, so I try not to send in food unless they’ll be there all day.
