  We left our Dalmatian here a month ago. The first time we took her for a trial, the webcams did not work and we were told they were being fixed that day. A few weeks later we took her back for a longer stay and they were still out. We picked this place so that we could be comfortable in the fact that we'd be able to watch her while away. I think it's false advertising.. My main concern is that she came back very different from her stay. Not only was she sick, but a month later and she still won't let anyone touch her belly, not even belly rubs which she used to like. She is very tense and defensive of that area on her body. I don't know what happened to her at the kennel but of the many kennels we'd taken her in the past this is the first time something like this has happened and I'm led to believe she might not have received the best care. Would not recommend.

  Customer service here is awful. Additionally they banned my dog but never told me they were going to ban him. Only got a call about his reactiveness and an incident. I only found out after trying to book a boarding reservation. Twice. They cancelled the firtst time but never told me why until I tried to reserve a second time. Im also convinced they neglected him after that by not walking him during the day. He peed and pooped immediately after picking him up at night after his boarding.

  Playful pack is so cool! My favorite thing about this place is that they have a live cam so you can tune in on your pups! Believe me I was checking that thing all the time, I missed my girl!! They also send you daily report cards of your pup 😊 awesome place

  Playful Pack is our go-to for both doggy daycare and overnight stays. The staff is always incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. We feel completely comfortable leaving our dog here, and it’s clear he’s treated with love and respect every time. One feature we especially appreciate is the live webcam—it’s great to be able to check in during the day and see our pup playing and having fun. They also send out daily report cards, which are always super cute and a nice personal touch. We did have one incident where our dog was unfortunately attacked by another, but the staff handled it extremely well. They took full accountability and even covered our vet bill. It was an isolated incident and clearly out of their control, but the way they responded showed real professionalism and care. Overall, Playful Pack is reliable, safe, and full of great people who truly care about the dogs. We wouldn’t take our pup anywhere else!

  We absolutely love this place and so do our dogs. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and, when you watch them with the dogs, they are always loving and caring with them. I highly recommend Playful Pack!
