- DSDebbie de SteubenDec 17, 20255.0My pups love daycare at Playful Pack. I love the fact that I don’t need reservations. If something comes up, I always know that they’ll take my dogs. That’s huge for me. I always enjoy the photos and report cards I get after they’ve spent the day. They come home exhausted from all of the day’s activities. If I had one thing I could change, it would be not needing to pay for them to eat lunch while they’re there (when we are providing the food from home). It’s a bit of an annoyance to have to pay two separate $3 fees for that. I also never know if they ever eat any of it, so I try not to send in food unless they’ll be there all day.

- EBElena BernardiNov 13, 20251.0We left our Dalmatian here a month ago. The first time we took her for a trial, the webcams did not work and we were told they were being fixed that day. A few weeks later we took her back for a longer stay and they were still out. We picked this place so that we could be comfortable in the fact that we'd be able to watch her while away. I think it's false advertising.. My main concern is that she came back very different from her stay. Not only was she sick, but a month later and she still won't let anyone touch her belly, not even belly rubs which she used to like. She is very tense and defensive of that area on her body. I don't know what happened to her at the kennel but of the many kennels we'd taken her in the past this is the first time something like this has happened and I'm led to believe she might not have received the best care. Would not recommend.
