    Petco in Leesburg is great, Brittany and Ryan and both very good at their job. The groomings are priced reasonably and Luna is always smelling so good and her hair so soft!

    Had a great experience getting my puppy a bath. Was able to book an appointment online same-day. Loved the introductory, puppy rate of $19.99.

    Had a horrible experience and unfortunately, the customer service matches. I had an appointment scheduled and as I'm pulling into the parking lot I get a text message that they cancel my appointment. When I called into the store to inquire what was going on they told me that thr person that my appointment was scheduled with was no longer with the company, and they had to cancel all their appointments. They promised me that I would get a call back to reschedule, never received a call back in regards to rescheduling, nor did they make any exceptions seeing, as I was already in the parking lot to get my dog service.

    Jacob did an amazing job with Cooper. I know my dog can be a lot to handle, but he loves getting his baths. Jacob got all the hair off and got him shining like a new dog haha. Nails buffed perfectly. 10/10. Thank you!!
