    I generally shy away from big store groomers but Rosie at Petco, King George was recommended by another poodle owner and I can't sing her praises enough. My boy is gorgeous!

    I have brought a total of three dogs to be groomed by Cheyenne this month. The first time I brought her two Maltese pups they had some slight matting so I was expecting them to have a shorter haircut when I picked up. But I did tell her that I wanted their faces to be cute and trimmed and try to remove some of the staining that they had around their mouth. When I picked up, they looked like they had been bathed and had their body short. Their faces were still gross. They didn’t smell good. They didn’t have any bows or scarves or anything. I thought I’d give her another shot so I I brought a Shih Tzu to her yesterday and I asked her if she could leave her body long that would be great. I stressed that I wanted her face to be shorter and cute and definitely cleaned up. When I picked up, she was the same scraggly mess that I had dropped off. It literally looked like she was given a bath and a blowout and that’s it. Nothing was done with her face. She still had small knots in several places that were easily combed out once I got her home. I expressed my opinion to Cheyenne and she didn’t care at all. Didn’t try to fix it or anything. I understand that Cheyenne is being paid by Petco but Petco charges more than local groomers do so I expected more. Cheyenne doesn’t put any love or care into her grooms and it shows. She may do great with bigger dogs with shorter hair, but she definitely did not do a good job with my three long-haired pups. Now I know why she encourages people to pay before seeing the pups.

    Great service! Cheyenne is the best, she was so kind and gentle with both our little dog Henry, whom she grooms regularly, and my big dog Murphy for his first time. Recommend!

    Mi experiencia esta última vez fue fatal ya que no se si me quemaron a mi perrita , ya que tiene una peladura en su pierna , anteriormente ha sido un excelente trato pero no esta vez .
