HAH staff were very compassionate and very caring. They even sent my daughter a rainbow bridge paper with a nose and paw print from her dog as a keepsake. We didn't ask for that, but they cared enough to send it. Their compassion speaks volumes. If she gets another dog, I'm pretty sure HAH has a client for life.

I brought my Basset Hound here a couple of months ago to have her eye examined. I paid over $200 and left without any clear diagnosis. She was prescribed a steroid eye drop, which actually made her condition worse. I took her to a different veterinarian today and was told she has had glaucoma this entire time and is now completely blind. This was devastating to hear, especially knowing it went undiagnosed for so long. In addition to the lack of proper care, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very disappointing and upsetting experience.
