My dog started barking from waiting, so I finally asked at the front desk if there was a groomer available that day. I got “uhhhh… I don’t think so” in response. The person at the checkout doesn’t know definitively if a groomer is there or not? Don’t waste my time and then insult my intelligence. Super disrespectful.
